2nd International Tattoo convention Bucharest
October 14th through October 16th 2011
All tattoo artists need to be registered with the Romanian Health Department
The local Health Department will inspect us on location. They reserve the right to close down any booth that doesn’t comply with their guidelines. Please be advised to strictly follow all the required hygienic guidelines and to work with sterilized equipment only. This means that you must use new sterile equipment for every customer (i.e needles, tubes etc.) We will have a Hygiene Specialist available that can provide you with the necessary equipment, if so required.
Sterilizing equipment is available. We will provide paper – towels and containers for fresh waste-water at no cost to you.
Your booth will be connected to electricity by default. Apart from that you will need to provide your own portable lamps and extension cords.
The sale of piercing and tattoo materials is strictly forbidden!
After filling out your booth application form, please send it to us via e-mail and you will receive the confirmation of the booth reservation and the invoice number per e-mail. On the fairgrounds you will receive your booth number and an itemized bill.
In case you wish to cancel your reservation please do so at least four weeks before the event. If you fail to appear at your booth or drop your reservation within 4 weeks prior to the convention you will be billed for the complete booth costs, charged as handling fees.
