Sala Palatului (The Palace Hall) was built in 1960 for propagandistic reasons by a group of architects hired by the Romanian Comunist Party. Sala Palatului still has memories of the applauds given to the "beloved leader" Nicolae Ceausescu... The old site where "comrades" congresses took place has become an European cultural center. Sala Palatului, the place where the congresses of the Romanian Communist party took place and the host of the city's shows, has been transformed into a modern cultural center. The European air is hovering over the former Communist giant, the changes seem to be rooted here, but one can still find old employeesthat still remember the Worker's 1st of May.
From the various cultural events to the concerts with national and international artists, this wonderful hall is hosting an event that wouldn't have been approved by the comrade Nicolae Ceausescu: an international tattoo convention! This convention wishes to start a tradition in Romania, wanting to be an event of superior quality from all points of view.
We warmly welcome you to be a part of this convention!
